• Support spacing: The stronger bars on Profile Bar screens allow for greater spacing between support rods. Wedge wire screens typically have closer support spacing.
• Flatness: Profile Bar screens' assembly method ensures a flat and stable surface. Due to their welded construction, wedge wire screens often exhibit a wavy surface.

• Superior construction: Profile Bar screen bars are more than twice the height and weight of other screen bars; in fact, the individual bars are substantially stronger and stiffer than wedge wire.
